Registration fees are kept as low as possible to fund a fully catered conference. The registration fee includes: - Access to all sessions and career fair
- I, Scientist conference package
- Lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday, breakfast on Saturday
- Snacks, fruit, drinks, coffee and tea all day plus beer in the evenings
Early bird registration is available until 20.05.2019 at 11.59 pm. Regular registration is available until 05.08.2019 at 11.59 pm. After this, last minute registration will be availble unless the conference is sold out. Due to the venue size, the maximum number of participants is 640, and registration is sold on a first come, first serve basis. Once the number of 640 participants is reached, registration will be closed and participation will be no longer possible if you didn't register yet.

If you cannot afford paying the conference registration fee please send us an email and we will do our best to find a solution! If you can afford the registration fee and maybe a little more please consider making a contribution which we will use for free participation of others. You can do so either by making a donation in Step 2 of the registration process, or by choosing the solidarity ticket called "I, Scientist Conference Participation".
